Statement from H-E Parts International on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
H-E Parts provides the following update in regard to the impact of COVID-19:
- We continue to follow the advice of the World Health Organization and regional Governments for global and country wide developments in relation to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
- Our highest priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and the wider community. Where appropriate, H-E Parts staff around the globe is working remotely to support their families while remaining available to their customers. For essential staff required onsite, we have enforced social distancing and have cancelled all group activities. Additionally, all of our facilities are regularly deep cleaned and a new work schedule limits the number of employees on site at one time
- We have a clear understanding of our customers’ needs, orders, and lead times. This is being tightly monitored between our suppliers and management team across all sites. We will continue to communicate with customers as information becomes available.
We assure our valued customers that we are doing our utmost to remain fully operational in these unprecedented times.
